Gaps in Spliced Pic Tables The code for tables cells <td> must not have any spaces or hard returns in the cells -
<td><img src="pic.jpg"></td> see a demo here this problem affects Netscape4 and some Explorer6 browsers. An interesting discovery were using an align="?" in the <img> causes a gap here (don't know what browsers this effects Netscape 4.5 mac is confirmed)
Background Color/Image Ignored N4 Cells can not be empty - use or blank.gif - Netscape4 requires all table tags to be closed also.
